The Allround-System with scale transport technique, the paper is aligned cycle by cycle at the left, headside edge. Hereby also different formats can be collated in the jogger for normal and criss-cross delivery in one course of manufacture. 

The TB SPRINT collator is combined by a jogger bridge to the connected machine. This means converting in seconds for changing e. g. from collating to brochure finishing. A new alignment of the machines is not necessary.

TB Sprint 303 QSM Stitcher-folder-trimmer

The tb 303 offers stitching, folding and fore-edge trimming. Equipped with automatic format adjustment , letting the operator change the format in just three minutes due to the Quick Set motor, 2 Höhner stitching heads. Smallest brochure : 6,5 cm spine lenght x 4 cm, open formats from 6,5x15,5 cm to 35x50 cm, speed up to 3100 cycles/h., dimensions : 150x240 cm
